Remodeling of a detached residence . The works consisted of a full refurbishment and extending the main property by forming dormers to the front and rear of the property. Full demolition and re designing the internal layout including full re plastering, new heating system with  open fires , new electrical including fitted kitchen , 3 bathrooms and cloak room. Detached double garage with store. Part stone built Green house with potting shed. Stone undercroft  building built into the side of the land with galls balustrades and patio stone area on roof.. External ground works area movement of 50 tonne of soil and new landscaping

Creation of high class residential accommodation with unique features and bespoke fit out. The Undercroft outbuilding was challenging in respect of propping of the existing ground and forming the new build complete with tanking.

Due to the site constraints ID phased the works so that access was obtained throughout the project. The main building works commenced with the undercroft area with the garage following on at the end. I D managed the project delivering the project within budget
