Remodeling of a detached residence including two extensions, pool, gym and sauna, a new detached garage including 1st floor games room and external structural and retaining works to form the basement gym, pool room and accessible garden space.

Creation of high class residential accommodation with unique features and bespoke fit out. The project had unique constraints including the removal of 800 tonnes of earth, formation of a basement pool and raising garden levels utilising extensive retaining structures.

Utilising their own experienced management and workforce ID Interiors completed this project on programme and budget. The works involved a nigh level of structural coordination for the creation of the additional living space including a basement pool and the retaining structures whilst ensuring the existing structure was not affected. The property was finished with bespoke features including a hidden staircase that were all crafted by our own joiners. ID Interiors utlised their wealth of experience across all fit out sectors to deliver an exemplary residential property to quality, programme and budget requirements.

Project Overview: 

Phased office refurbishments including full mechanical and electrical installation. Demolition and new construction with Asbestos removal.

Project Objectives:

Full office refurbishment of a trading works area in phases to mitigate the disruption to the staff and operation of the business.

ID Interiors Approach:

With our site management we programmed and phased the works with precision to enable the smooth operation of the offices and staff. With the installation of the computer floor system all the data and services were coordinated to allow the the completion of the phases. The works involved a lot of new glazed office partitions and balustrades and exposed services. The overall project finished on time and within budget.

Kielder, Bike Centre

Project Description

New build centre comprising of concrete foundations with beam and block floors and timber frame building.

Installation of new services and service roads.

This state of the art centre has staff areas workshops and reception areas all finished to the highest quality using natural products which allows this futuristic building to blend with the surrounding landscape
